Composition:
KoolShade®, is an assembly of micro metallic louvers (bronze), woven on special power loom.
Each louver is 0,13 mm thick and 1,3 mm high.
Louver is tilted at 30°/plan and fixed in place by vertical wires, ½ inche spaced.
The final product is available in 100 foot length rolls and in variable widths ( largest width : 73,5 inches).

Frame:
Used as an external screen, KoolShade® is stretched into an aluminium frame protected by RAL colour paint.

Efficienty
KoolShade® casts a shadow even with a skimming sun ( 50% stop) KoolShade® stops direct radiation at 27°sun tilt, giving at the same time natural light in the room.

KoolShade® is protected by a polyurethan coating air brush painted, continuous painted by robot.
This brand new system has the largest pannel of colours ranging from basic to metallised.
